Everyone is welcome to enjoy this rare opportunity to meditate on the Four Great Seals of Sutra Mahamudra, creating powerful causes to experience a deeply peaceful, blissful mind and permanent mental freedom with the intention to share this experience with all living beings.

By engaging in this sequence of meditations, our mind becomes progressively more tranquil and positive, and increasingly more pure and powerful; gradually we enjoy the experience of lasting peace and true contentment from within our own mind.

“Very, very simple and very, very powerful method to reduce, to stop anger problem, attachment problem, self grasping problem.” Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

During meditation retreat we take ourselves away from our usual routines and distractions, and learn how to go inside and connect with the boundless potential of our own mind. This retreat will enable us to immerse fully in our spiritual practice, providing a meaningful holiday with like-minded friends in a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. Everyone is welcome.

Retreat begins Thursday, 7:30pm and concludes with lunch on Sunday.
