Our Tuesday evening drop-in meditation classes provide a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditation that are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Each month we explore a new topic from Buddha’s teachings and learn how to practically apply it in our daily lives.

Every class begins with a relaxation meditation and includes a teaching, a guided meditation on the topic, discussion and Q&A. Refreshments and treats are provided after class.
