Based on teachings from the International Kadampa Spring Festival, Gen Khedrub will explain the powerful Buddhist practice of purification. These meditations bestow the hopeful, optimistic energy needed for letting go of the past and creating a positive future. The visualizations, meditations and mantra recitation experienced during this special retreat day will provide a wealth of hope and inner peace to carry home.
Held at KMC San Francisco in the exciting Mission District. Limited overnight accommodation possible at our residences in the peaceful Balboa Park neighborhood. Everybody welcome.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Khedrub, a Western Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher at KMC Washington, has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s guidance for many years. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone. Through his kindness, humility and deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings, Gen Khedrub provides an inspiring example of a contemporary Buddhist practitioner we can follow.
