Meditation Skills: Letting Go of Limitations

We all want to make changes in our life. We want to be less insecure, less fearful, less angry, less depressed, etc. And we want to be more confident, courageous, happy, creative and so forth. But we find it difficult to make these changes and to bring about these new versions of ourself that we long for.

In this workshop, Paula and Reed will present practical skills in meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the nature of our mind.  These insights are tools to release our self-limiting views and give us the confidence and skill to realize our boundless potential.

Each session will include a guided meditation and practical tools to solve problems in our busy daily lives.

10:30-11:30am: Session 1 – Intro to Meditation and Understanding our resistance to change
11:45am-12:30pm: Session 2 – Insecurity versus confidence
12:45-1:30pm: Session 3 – Identifying with our potential
