ABOUT THE COURSE
Through practicing love, as taught by Buddha, we go on a journey. The mind of authentic love naturally moves us away from our painful and excessive self-involvement towards an open and wonderful connection with others and with our world. Training in meditations on love will help us to let go of our own inner dissatisfactions and heal our relationships, both with ourselves and others. Gradually, we will discover within our own hearts a limitless capacity to love. Consequently, our own hearts are opened and our life becomes one of great benefit to others and to our world.
Session Times: 10:00 – 10:45am, 11:00 – 11:45am, 12:15 -1:00pm
