Our mind has tremendous power both to heal and to harm. Depression can be so debilitating that you feel like you don’t have any power. These feelings can give rise to discouragement and a sense of hopelessness and inadequacy. However, through skillful analysis and meditation, we can gradually learn to identify unhelpful thought patterns, feel empowered to navigate the dark minds of depression, and transform our self into the confident, happy person we wish to be. Cost: $25
Session 1 10:00-10:45am
Session 2 11:00-11:45
Session 3 12:15-1:00pm
