We can change. The worst thing about our compulsive tendencies is that they convince us that we can’t change. In this uplifting public talk we will learn how to gain confidence in our natural capacity for transformation and how to harness it to break bad habits, gradually creating ones that serve us instead. Then we will experience the joy of freedom.
