Special 3 week series: Overcoming Anxiety in Difficult Times

with Gen Kelsang Choma, Resident Teacher KMC San Francisco

This will be a virtual class held online. Upon registration, a link to join Zoom will be sent to the registered email.

Please join us for a special series that will give us tools to find and maintain mental peace in this time of uncertainty. When our mind is peaceful and clear, we can understand how to be of benefit to both ourself and others regardless of external conditions.

  • April 7: Controlling our mind in difficult times

Our Tuesday evening drop-in meditation classes provide a basic introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditation that are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. Each month we explore a new topic from Buddha’s teachings and learn how to practically apply it in our daily lives.
