ABOUT THE COURSE
Through practicing love, as taught by Buddha, we go on a journey. The mind of authentic love naturally moves us from our painful and excessive self-involvement towards an open and wonderful connection with others and with our world. In this day course we undertake that journey through the special sequence of meditations known as exchanging self with others. Training in these meditations on love help us let go of our inner dissatisfactions and heal our relationships. Consequently our own hearts are healed and our life becomes one of great benefit others and to the world.
Session Times: 10:00 – 10:45am, 11:00 – 11:45am, 12:30 -1:00pm
Cost: $25 (lunch included)
