In our new global world, we need to feel interconnected with all other beings in order to thrive and survive. We can accomplish a profound inner transformation through training our minds in the joyful and serene practices of loving-kindness taught by Buddha.
“If we love everyone as a mother loves her dearest child, then there will be nobasis for any problems to arise because our mind will always be at peace.”
-Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
