Monday Morning Meditations
This class will introduce modern Buddhist practices for improving our happiness, relationships, and ability to transform problems into opportunities. In this class, we will follow the meditations in the book, How to Understand the Mind, by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Cate Fields has been practicing and studying with the NKT since 2005. She is on the Teacher Training Program and is known for her sincerity and compassion. Cate currently teaches Monday Morning Meditations at KMC SF and the Foundation Program in Hayward.
We are a non-profit organization funded by class fees and donations. Any profits go towards supporting the International Temples Project for World Peace.
