Through a combination of guided meditations and teachings, Gen Rigpa will review the highlights and main practices emphasized at the 1st week of Summer Festival taught by Gen-la Jampa, Deputy Spiritual Director of the NKT-IKBU, helping us deepen our understanding and experience of this life-changing inner technology. By sincerely practicing Kadam Lamrim we can make our life happy and meaningful, temporarily solve our human problems and ultimately find pure and everlasting happiness through controlling our anger, attachment, jealousy, and especially our ignorance.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Gen Kelsang Rigpa is an American Buddhist monk and a close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche; he has received lineage blessings and oral transmissions directly from him.
Gen Rigpa’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone. He shows the joy of living a spiritual life and is an inspiring example of Buddhism in action.
