How can we be ourselves and be a positive influence in this world? How do we remain open to our own and others’ identities? Through compassion and wisdom, we can better understand the true nature of the self and perceptions of identity.
This class will explore practical Buddhist teachings on the true nature of our self and how we can let go of limited, painful views that keep us from realizing our full potential to help ourselves and others. By applying this ancient wisdom into our modern daily life we can experience an inner lightness and gradually progress towards the attainment of extraordinary inner peace, strength, and happiness. From these joyful experiences, we can gain deep self-confidence and become an active participant in the profound process of bettering our world. Everyone welcome. $15.
