October 3: Skills for dealing with discouragement and depression in modern times
October 10: A special method for overcoming discord at home, at work and in society
October 17: Three powerful tools to use right now for transforming adversity and difficulties
October 24: Moving forward: Nurturing a strong stable mind and a meaningful life
October 30: Maintaining the will to change: How to meditate in daily life on inner and outer peace

Cost: $15/class, $60/6-week series
50% discount for seniors (62 and over) and students. No one turned away for lack of funds


Gen Kelsang Choma is a senior Teacher and Buddhist nun with the New Kadampa Tradition of Modern Buddhism; she has studied extensively on the Teacher Training Program for over 25 years and is qualified to teach both Sutra and Tantra. She is the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center San Francisco and is invited to teach nationally. People enjoy her teachings for their clarity and warmth.
